We removed the 3 tab shingled roof and replaced the roof with upgraded Owen's Corning Duration 30yr dimensional shingles and installed new 6" black gutters and downspouts.
Customers were very happy with the new updated look!

Another roof replaced including a deck over due to original decking being 3/8 plywood. Notice we install ice and water shield on valleys and other openings in the roof. Also installed ice and water shield at the transition from shingle to metal with 24 inch wide aluminum flashing.Home owners chose Tamko Thunderstorm grey, beautiful color!

Customer wanted there screened porch floor tiled so CFJ Construction LLC took care of there needs. We first removed all the old deck boards then ran an extra double 2x8 dropped girder and support post to strengthen the floor system. Then glued and nailed down 3/4 Advantech T&G subfloor and sealed the connection under the exterior kneewall. Our tile installer I stalled 1/2 Inch Hardi backer board with thinset and screws for a solid base. Ourtile installer completed the tile installation with applied grout.

Removed and replaced metal Rib paneled roof along with installing 1/2" plywood decking

Another project completed, rebuilt facia and soffit with updated paint color. Removed and replaced old 3 tab shingles with 30yr Owen's Corning Duration high impact/wind shingles. Installation was a bit different on this graduated slope pitched roof and wall cap flashing for the main ridge. With properly installed high heat ice and water shield along with a proper wall capping with a 5° pitched top will prevent anymore leaks for the Church roof!
