In this workshop you'll learn winter sowing, an easy method to grow from seeds. Create and take home 3 jugs of sown seeds to plant in your garden this spring. All of the supplies are provided. No garden experience necessary!

My plants are begging to be put in the garden! This is the week I’ll do a larger chunk of planting, mostly natives. Many of my cold harder plants are already in like sweet peas.

Feels like spring is here this week! With this oddly warm week, consider doing these two things with your down jugs.
1. Putting your jugs in a shadier, morning sun spot so seeds don’t sprout prematurely. Weather will most likely cool again so then you can place them back in your sunnier location .
2. Make sure you jugs are wet and stay wet with this warmer water!

*Natives should be fine even if they sprout early, I’m leaving those be*
