Cochran's Remodeling & Construction is looking for experienced and knowledgeable tradesmen to join our company. We specialize in remodels, finishing basements, additions, custom cabinetry and new construction. Work is mostly residential but occasionally is commercial.
This is an hourly paid position. Hourly rate will be determined based on skill level, knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
Must have "on-site" experience, preferably 4 years or more but a minimum of 2 years will be considered.
Must have valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
Must take pride in your work and be eager to learn more about the trade.
Must be neat and clean in appearance.
Must be able to independently work, be self motivated and able to complete work in a reasonable time frame.
Must be physically fit (able to lift 65lbs or more, able to climb ladders, carry materials, etc.).
