I built this shower for one of my senior citizens. It has several special features such as handheld sprayer at the seat, multi-handle water control valve for greater pressure regulation, taller seat, 36" grab bar, and extremely low curb. The shower door is heavy glass but very easy to open/close.

The 6x18 soft white tile has earth tone and gray marbling paired with a very soft tan grout in waterfall layout. All corners are softly beveled.

This beautiful and very large deck has several subtle special features. First, there is a band edging around the entire deck surface for definition and contrast. Second, there are no butt joints of the deck boards. Junctions are created with a perpendicular break point. Third, the seat appears to be floating with a soft corner at the steps. Fourth, there is a definition band around the hottub. Fifth, the lattice is attached to create a continued link appearance.

My hardwood flooring contractor does excellent work. These floors are a 5% ebony custom mix that produces a soft medium brown without orange or red undertones. Dark enough to be warm yet light enough that they don't show every speck of dust.
