Quick update on the full basement finish. Crows foot texture done on the ceilings and pva primed all the drywall. Now the customer is painting and installing the flooring everywhere but the bathroom and we'll be back to set doors, trim and tile the bathroom floor and 7'x5' walk in shower!

Just a quick update on the basement finished job going on right now. The plumbing is all moved. The concrete was poured in the basement by the previous homeowner and it was like going down a two-track! So we had to get a floor grinder in here along with a ton of self-leveling floor leveler. The homeowners electrician came and got all the electrical roughed in. Insulation was installed and drywall hung glued and screwed. Tomorrow we start the wonderful stage of tape and mudding!

Picked up and delivered my wall material and started framing this complete basement finish that will have 2 bedrooms one with built-in bookcase wall and huge bathroom with 7'x5'walk in tile shower.

Wrapped up this tub surround and mixing valve replacement today. The customer is having the cast iron tub reglazed.
