Good friends of mine, Rich & Morgan, wanted to update this Carolina room and make it a playroom for their little boy. I was more than happy to make their vision a reality! I upgraded the insulation value, thickened up the subfloor, and finished it with some premium LVP flooring. This project turned out great!

I believe running a great business hinges on the help you have, and man, did I hit the jackpot with this guy! When he got that hammer in his hand, he knew exactly what to do, and the multi-tool work was perfect. Lee (my boy!) is working with me this summer part-time, and I'm stoked! I've had great mentors and teachers throughout the years, and I'm excited to start passing those experiences and lessons down to him.
