Sun room transformation ☀️

Complete renovation including framing up 3 new walls for new Anderson windows and slider.

Insulation installed in the ceiling, walls, and flooring to ensure a comfortable living space. New toungue and groove ceiling and shiplap walls really transform this space into the perfect hangout space.

All custom made pvc trim on the outside for a great look and low maintenance. This was an amazing transformation in Martins Point

Deck job in Corolla nc. New decking boards installed with a new design pattern. All new hand rails installed with new posts. Custom stair cases built. Newly framed in ground decking framing and decking boards. New house leader flashing with pvc trim install to ensure a long lasting seal. Custom made privacy wall around the hot tub for blocking off views while looking good at the same time. A fun transformation on this project and was a pleasure working with the homeowners.
