Thank you all who have followed the page! Its been a hard process getting started and although it seems like a long drawn out process, I am glad to finally offer more specific services! Below will be services offered and will include starting price on standard materials and average square footage. If there are any questions, please feel free to message anytime!

All material will be billed separate and be the upfront cost. Once the job is complete these are the prices.

Toilets Removal/Installation = $350
Light Fixtures = $80
Interior Door = $250
Exterior Door = $350
Gutter Cleaning = $250
Roof Cleaning = $350
Gutter/Roof together = $500
Interior Paint 1 Room (11x12x9) = $450
Hardscape Walkway = $450
Raised Garden/Flower Beds = $300

$85 minimum 1st hr. $65 an hr after = Hang pictures, patch small 12X12 or less drywall holes, replace fire/CO alarms, replace door bells, hang curtains, caulk and many more minor fixes.
