I visit so many homes where there’s just a single ceiling light & the kitchen is very dark. We recommend 6-8 LED wafer recessed lights along with under-cabinet lighting. Your window to the back yard? Maybe we should enlarge it for a better view and more natural light. Coffee or wine bar? We sometimes extend the kitchen further, or even take down a wall for an open floor plan. Appliances: stainless or black stainless, white or black? induction electric range vs. gas/propane. Size of center island, trash pull-outs, spice rack, more storage. Our designer will visit your home to do a free work-up with exact measurements plus a free computer rendering. Flooring? hardwood or engineered wood (matte finish), tiles or luxury vinyl. Backsplash is very important so choose from tiles or full height quartz or granite backsplash. One of the hottest products in bath remodels today are large format “porcelain slabs”. These are 8 ft tall and most typical sized showers have NO grout, as each wall is a panel. Add to that a recessed shampoo niche (that’s illuminated) for a very cool spa-like look. Come into our Nashua showroom and see them installed.
