Sometimes I walk in my backyard and don't come back the same person. I believe there are portals everywhere.

Also, can I just say how much I enjoy doing boring, peasant like tasks? Pruning, pulling weeds, planting, laying stone... very therapeutic and grounding. Produces the Good Feeling.

Serving others is a beautiful experience. The way I see it it's simply two people crossing paths and walking together for a moment. It's not one being above the other. It's more like side by side "walking each other home". Maybe because presence matters more than roles in those moments. Am I overthinking this haha? My priest said it's a "holy endeavor" and that the Holy Spirit is working in me.

This past week was incredibly busy. I did a move out cleaning, a first-time deep cleaning, a post renovation clean, three churches, a home reset and some organizing, and two regular clients.

So grateful for my hands.
