**Position Overview:**
We are looking for experienced painters who are detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in their craft. Additionally, we welcome those new to the field, as we offer training for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. Join our team and contribute to providing superior painting services, maintaining a clean workspace, and completing projects with excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and filling holes
- Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to various surfaces
- Match and mix paint to desired colors and consistencies
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Engage with clients to ensure their vision is realized
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a painter is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adhere to S Rod Painting Services' standards
- Knowledge of painting tools and materials is a plus
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols and instructions
- Reliable transportation or a consistent means of transportation
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., with the ability to receive a W-2 or 1099
- Willingness to undergo a background check to ensure the trustworthiness of our team
