🔨 Another Happy Customer! 🔨

A homeowner recently reached out with concerns that her tongue-and-groove ceiling may have been damaged from a previous roof leak. After a thorough inspection from the attic and carefully removing the compromised paint and caulking, I was able to determine that the wood itself was still in good condition.

Instead of replacing the entire ceiling, we were able to save the existing tongue-and-groove, helping keep the project within budget. The process included:

✔️ Stripping old paint
✔️ Sanding the wood surface
✔️ Recaulking seams and joints
✔️ Repainting the ceiling

The result was a beautiful ceiling restored to an almost like-new condition without the expense of a full replacement.

To add even more value, we also installed blown-in attic insulation above the dining room. Not only did this save money by preserving the existing ceiling, but it will also provide long-term energy savings and improved comfort throughout the year.

This project started after the homeowner removed the popcorn ceiling and uncovered several issues with the ceiling — rough tape joints, peeling areas, and old patchwork showing through. I repaired and refinished the entire ceiling with a smooth Class 5 finish to give it a clean, seamless look.

To complete the update, I also relocated the electrical junction box so the new light fixture would be perfectly centered in the space.

The homeowner wanted the attic staircase to become more of a decorative feature instead of just a basic access point. We brought her vision to life by creating a custom façade that mirrors the staircase and ties the whole space together beautifully.

We finished the project off by painting the ceiling, walls, and trim to give the entire room a fresh, clean, finished appearance.

Another transformation completed — turning a problem area into a polished space that looks intentional and custom built.

A repeat customer reached out for help after her child started tearing the wallpaper in the bathroom. Instead of just patching the damage, we came up with a better long-term solution—installing bead board with chair rail trim around the base.

To make sure everything fit perfectly, we temporarily removed the sink for precise measurements, then completed the project with a fresh coat of paint.

The result completely transformed the space. It not only solved the problem but also gave the bathroom a clean, updated look that blends perfectly with the rest of the home’s style.

Out with the old, in with the functional 🔨

We removed a tall, bulky fence with a double gate that was uneven and difficult to use. In its place, we created a clean, practical entrance that completely upgraded the curb appeal.

The homeowner wanted privacy—but also the ability to see over the fence—so we designed a smooth transition from a 6-foot fence down to a 54-inch section. We installed a single 4-foot gate for easier access and built everything using top-grade lumber, fastened with screws for long-lasting durability.

Simple, strong, and built to fit exactly what the customer needed.

From impractical to fully functional 🔨

We transformed this underused carport into a clean, practical shed space built to last. We used pressure-treated lumber anywhere it meets brick and concrete, along with a proper moisture barrier to protect the structure long-term.

Added a custom double barn door on the front, a convenient side entry door, and finished it all off with a crisp paint job, bold black trim, and lattice for that extra touch of style.

Now it’s not just storage — it’s a seamless extension of the property. And with those beautiful gardens surrounding it, this new space fits right in while adding real function and value 🌿
