Another beautiful project completed in the Kissing Tree community featuring a custom screen enclosure and motorized shades outfitted with our Nano 95% To***co fabric.

This project required a custom approach. Rather than covering the largest opening with a single shade, we split it into two independent motorized units. This allows the homeowners to easily enter and exit the patio without having to raise an entire large shade each time.

The result is a more functional design that provides shade, privacy, and bug protection while giving the homeowners greater flexibility and convenience.

Spotlight on this big patio transformation in the Copper Ridge neighborhood of New Braunfels.

This west-facing patio was taking a beating from the afternoon Texas sun, so we outfitted the space with our self-adjusting track system paired with our Nano 95% Espresso Texture fabric to dramatically reduce heat and glare while still maintaining airflow and visibility.

Controlled by remote or set to automatically deploy and retract on schedule through their home automation system, these shades bring comfort with the press of a button.
