I noticed this attached to the light pole outside of my apartment complex. It’s been here for just 3 days.. what is it?

Was this TPO flat roof installed correctly? More details in body. TIA! As you can see, water pools on the right and left side. This was a day or two after install before railings went up. There is also a very large diagonal patch in the center. I am assuming the installers ripped the sheet while installing and patched over it. Is that standard practice to not put in a replacement piece if you rip the product on install? This does not look good to me, but I am not a roofer 🤷

Yes that's a 60° CTOA on an r22 unit from 2003.

I was just doom scrolling my old residential service pictures and found his system.

It lived underneath his deck, had a 1/4 inch liquid line, 3 filter driers; one in the unit, one after the service valves, and one before the Piston. The drier vent dumped onto it and he didn't remember the last time it was serviced until he called me out to take a look at it. IIRC it still cooled at a 16 degree drop. It died of a leak a year later.

New unit is installed in the same place.

I'm reaching out to whoever I buy my next house from, please........
When fitting a shower, I'd appreciate it if you didn't screw 6x2's to the floor, then screw 6x2's to them, then screw plywood to them, then spread high-strength adhesive, before placing 30 Kilo cast tray.
Extracting this required a car jack, combined with 1m pry bar, to rip the top veneer of the ply, to remove tray, followed by 42 screws to remove said ply, 24 screws to removed 6x2, then further 24 for 2nd set, thought this would have been a 'before coffee job 🙁

This is my sister's house and this is a few pictures of so many details at her house. She doesn't know construction so she doesn't know the standards or common practices in all trades. I feel pretty disappointed and disgusted to see how a "big" and "reputable" home builder do this kinda stuff to cheat customers just to make more money. Im sorry if Im over reacting it just feel so wrong
