❤️ This bathroom is one of my favorites.

I believe that even a simple hall bathroom deserves character. For this space, a modern bathroom design was the perfect choice—edgy enough to make a statement, yet timeless enough to feel beautiful for years to come.

The black-and-white palette is a classic, and it allowed me to layer materials and finishes to create depth and interest. Marble-inspired shower tile, sleek black fixtures, custom built-in storage, and a custom shower door come together to create a space that feels sophisticated, functional, and effortlessly elegant.

✨This basement renovation is finally complete, and what a transformation it has been.👏

The original basement had an outdated layout and design that simply didn’t work for the homeowners or the way they wanted to use the space. The goal was to create a place where family and friends could gather, relax, and enjoy spending time together.

One of my favorite parts is this bar area. We went with a modern black-and-gold look, custom cabinetry, layered lighting, beautiful pendant fixtures, and a waterfall-edge countertop that makes a statement without feeling over the top.

It’s always rewarding to see a space go from underused and outdated to a place that truly fits the people who live there.

For this custom basement bar, we used gorgeous Cambria Re*****on Brass — and it truly became the statement piece of the entire design. The dramatic veining flowing seamlessly down the sides creates a bold, sophisticated look that feels both timeless and modern.

Does a waterfall countertop work in every kitchen or bar design? Maybe not. But for transitional and modern spaces, it’s definitely a detail worth considering.
