Healthy Picnic Bars. The easiest little snack hack! I know bananas can be a controversial fruit but they really can do everything 🙈 using the almond butter powder reduces the calories and fats but feel free to use more nut butter. let me know if you give this one a go!
Ingredients:
•1 banana
•1tbs peanut butter
•2 tbs macr0mike Almond or Pb + powder (discount code: amb-noa )
•15g of halved peanuts
•80-100g Chocolate, melted
( I love lindt no sugar)
Method:
Slice your banana in to thirds, then halves.
Prepare your peanut layer by mixing together your peanut butter , powder peanut butter and enough water to make it a paste as seen in the video.
Divide the peanut layer over the bananas . Dip them into peanuts or press some peanuts into the spread.
Place the bananas on a lined baking tray and freeze fro 2 hrs or until frozen.
Coat in melted chocolate. And return to the freezer to set. Enjoy 🥰

Ingredients:
•3 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
•1/3 cup (76) unsalted butter
•1/2 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
•1 pinch salt
•1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
•1 egg
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•150g plain/ all purpose flour
•60g of Vanilla protein powder,
•50-100g chopped chocolate or choc chips (I love lindt no sugar)
