Ingredients
1 round loaf of sourdough or crusty bread
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
Using a sharp knife, cut the bread into squares or diamond shapes, slicing almost to the bottom without cutting all the way through.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
Gently spread the garlic butter into the cuts, making sure it reaches deep into the bread.
Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan between the cuts.
Place the prepared bread into the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–9 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the top is golden and crisp.
Let it rest for 2 minutes, then pull apart and serve warm.
