Did this repair after tree fell on roof. Had to frame in over hang back sheathing to create a cantilever.

Step flashing on the right. Then counter flashing on the left. Which a lot of roofers don’t do. This lets water that run...

Step flashing on the right. Then counter flashing on the left. Which a lot of roofers don’t do. This lets water that runs down brick to flow over step flashing onto roof. Each piece of counter flashing is tucked into mortar joint.
