This 8' x 10' Garden Shed is the perfect proof that you don’t need a massive footprint to build something completely high-end. Even though this is a relatively small size for us, it shows just how far you can take a structure when you kit it out with premium features.

The exterior has an incredible coastal cottage look, pairing crisp White SmartPanel board and batten siding with Cedar Impression gables. We topped it off with a sleek Slate Grey standing seam metal roof that’s built to last a lifetime.

The window and door package adds a ton of character, featuring a unique arched inset wood window on the front and two insulated vinyl windows on the side, all equipped with matching flower boxes. For the entrance, we went with a prehung 11-lite fiberglass door.

Inside, the space is completely transformed into a luxury getaway. It features a fully finished interior with modern shadow gap walls, a stunning cedar tongue-and-groove ceiling with recessed lighting, and durable LVT flooring.

The entire structure is fully insulated, wired up with a complete electrical package, and even has a mini-split system installed for year-round climate control. It’s a great reminder that with the right design, a small space can feel incredibly premium.

his combo build brings together a 12' x 10' Garden Shed and a 10' x 10' Atrium Greenhouse under one seamless footprint.

The exterior features Medium Gray SmartPanel board and batten siding, topped with a clean asphalt shingle roof. To break up the roofline and add some extra architectural interest, we included a reverse gable dormer over the shed side.

Access is incredibly well thought out on this layout. For the shed portion, you have a black carriage house entry door on the front, a set of double doors on the side, and another set of double wood doors around the back, making it easy to roll equipment in and out from any angle.

The greenhouse side is accessed through a beautiful, natural Spanish Cedar door that adds a nice warm contrast to the gray siding.

It’s the perfect all-in-one backyard solution for anyone who wants a dedicated, sun-drenched growing space right alongside a fully accessible storage hub.

This 10' x 14' Garden Shed is a great example of how mixing different textures can give a classic storage layout a ton of extra curb appeal.

The exterior features Timberbark lap siding on the main body, paired with matching SmartPanel board and batten siding on the gables. We topped it off with a Weathered Wood shingle roof that features an 8-foot transom dormer to flood the space with natural light.

To lean into that traditional cottage look, we added aluminum slider windows equipped with flower boxes and custom wood 3-slat Z-type shutters. The front entrance features a set of double wood transom doors beautifully stained in a rich walnut.

Inside, the layout is kept intentionally simple and practical for everyday storage. It's a completely unfinished blank canvas, but it does include a built-in storage loft to give you plenty of vertical space for seasonal gear without taking up valuable floor space.

This 12' x 20' Colonial Garden Shed is a massive, premium build that pushes the boundaries of what a backyard structure can be.

Watching it load up really shows why our delivery process is so specialized. Colonial Garden Sheds are built quite tall, so we use a low-boy trailer for this specific model. Because the trailer sits so low to the ground, it allows us to safely haul a high-profile structure without breaking any highway height restrictions.

The exterior is finished in Deep Ocean Hardie Plank siding with clean Gray trim and a Pewter Grey shingled roof. It features insulated windows, insulated fiberglass double doors on the front, and a single entry door around back.

Inside, this build is completely turnkey. We used professional spray foam to fully insulate the walls, floor, and ceiling, and finished the space with durable vinyl plank flooring. To keep it comfortable year-round, there is a full HVAC mini-split system already installed.

The interior aesthetics are incredible, featuring modern shadow gap walls and a beautiful whitewashed tongue-and-groove ceiling with integrated recessed lighting. There’s even a partitioned room framed out and ready to be converted into a full bathroom.

This 8' x 24' Studio Shed is one of the most practical layouts we’ve done, essentially splitting the 24-foot footprint right down the middle to serve two entirely different purposes.

On one side, you have a fully enclosed studio space, and on the other, you have a unique, open-air storage bay that is absolutely perfect for stacking firewood or keeping outdoor gear covered but accessible.

The exterior features Timberbark SmartPanel Board & Batten siding paired with Bronze MiraTec trim. We topped it off with a Patina Green metal roof, giving the whole structure a very classic, rustic look.

For the enclosed studio side, you head in through prehung fiberglass entry doors on the front. We also installed a concession-style window right on the side wall, making the interior feel open and versatile.

Whether you use the enclosed half as a backyard workshop and the open half for lumber and firewood, it’s a brilliant way to get a dual-purpose building out of a single footprint.

This 12' x 18' Garden Shed is a great example of how choosing premium materials completely transforms a building from simple storage into a high-end workspace.

The exterior is finished in Navajo White Hardie Plank Board and Batten siding. It’s paired with a custom-colored asphalt shingle roof featuring a 12-foot transom dormer that pulls a massive amount of light inside.

The glass package on this build is top-tier. We installed insulated 24" x 36" windows with matching insulated transoms above them, along with double fiberglass entry doors featuring full glass inserts.

Inside, we used professional spray foam specifically to insulate the floor, keeping the ground temperature comfortable. It’s also completely wired up with outlets and a 125-amp breaker box, giving you a turnkey foundation for an office or studio.

Price: About $25k as shown, including the stone pad foundation and local delivery.
