Flooded basement now almost complete new bathroom old bathroom had 30x30 shower stall 24" vanity and toilet all in a 4' 6" by 5' 6" area now features a 6'x3' walk in tile shower a 48" vanity in seperate area from new low water use toilet. new recessed led lighting throughout no more paneling and ceiling tiles now all mold resistant sheetrock and lifeproof vinyl flooring. All electric has been upgraded to meet code. Plumbing has also been upgraded and manifold with zone shut off valves installed.
