Exterior remodel
This house didn’t have a stitch of sheathing on the walls , it had 3/4 “ styrofoam board on it
We tore old siding off , tore off foam board and tore old windows out then sheathed it with osb
We installed new construction double hung windows
And all new doors
New white vinyl siding and trim with Rustic Copper gutters and downspouts, we are waiting on the shutters to come in and home owners are going to put up new front post , this house turned out very nice , THANK YOU Finch family for trusting us with your remodel, greatly appreciated!!
Oh I forgot about the dormers , we installed white hand split 7” Shake

We did a little facelift on this house
Arizona Clay Foundry 7” Hand split shake in the gables
Wicker B&B on the basement end
This customer decided to keep the soffit and facia trim the same
But we did change out his gutters with 6” Bronze gutters and down pipe

Shingle job we did GAF Timberline Barkwood HDZ
Some decking repairs
We don’t shingle over bad spots , or just patch bad spots we replace the whole piece of decking, we also do new chimney flashing and don’t use the old that usually isn’t done correctly anyways , we do it right the first time ! Give us a call for any shingle roof needs

Robin Bivens this house is coming along nicely, we did house around September it was Lp smart side primed and ready for paint , we came back and done gutters today , the paint job and black gutters really finished this house !!
