Slag Design Build LLC We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Licence # SLAGDDB857QR We are both inspired by the Slag Heaps in Pittsburgh, which is mountain of slag from steel run off.

We are two architecture graduates, both from NY originally, who went to school in Pittsburgh, and decided to pursue a more hands on profession. Despite this industrial waste mountain, plants have overgrown the slag heaps and have created a unique ecosystem. The place has become special, in that it offers stunning views of the city and feels completely out of context. We wish to bring the inspirati

Display shelving. We used a cherry and walnut hybrid stain, and painted the outside to match the drywall. It's coated in Polycrylic for a nice finish, and hung to the wall using concealed z mounting brackets fastened by toggles!
