Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Short Ribs
Ingredients
3 lbs beef short ribs (boneless or bone-in)

1 large yellow onion, finely diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked white rice (for serving)
