Warehouse conversion into residential condos in Tribeca- work -in CRI. All apartments had exposed wood beams and columns with metal posts. That emphasized the industrial influence on architecture in the earliest 1900s.

Landscape Design work for non-profit organization BergenHillPark association in Jersey City. creating safe and sustainable park design for residents and the community, which will involve citizen scientists and school students to learn about pollinators. Work with JC, JCPC, and GreenerJC to present the next generation of sustainable parks in an urban environment. All elements are brought from nature inspiration and blended into the educational program.
