🛒 WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

🍪 1 pkg (36 cookies) Oreo Cookies
🧀 1 pkg (8 oz / 225 g) Cream Cheese, softened
🧈 1/2 cup (113 g) Butter, melted
🍚 1 cup (240 ml) Powdered Sugar

🍬 Colorful Easter candies (M&Ms, mini eggs, gummy worms) for topping!

👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT:

1️⃣ Crush the 'Dirt': Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs (a food processor or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin works great!).

🔥 Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls

When I made these at home… they disappeared in minutes 😍
Golden, crunchy outside… juicy, flavorful inside 🤤👇

✨ What I used (and why I love it)

Chicken mince – super juicy and absorbs all the flavors
Fresh cabbage + carrot – gives that perfect crunch 🥕
Spring onions – adds that fresh kick
Garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce – the magic combo 🔥
A little black pepper & crushed chili for that subtle heat
And of course… spring roll sheets for that crispy wrap

👨‍🍳 How I made them (super easy!)

First, I heated a little oil and sautéed garlic until fragrant.
Then I added the chicken mince and cooked it really well until completely dry — this step is important! No extra moisture 👌
I tossed in cabbage, carrot, and spring onions and stir-fried on high heat for just 2–3 minutes. I like my veggies slightly crunchy.
Then I mixed in soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and crushed chili. Cooked everything until the filling was perfectly dry and flavorful.
After letting it cool, I placed 1–2 tablespoons on each sheet, folded the bottom, tucked the sides in, and rolled them tightly. A little water to seal.
Fried them on medium heat (trust me, not high!) until golden brown and crispy ✨
That crunch when you bite into it… next level 🤤

💬 I swear these taste better than takeout!

🔥 Beef & Cheese Stuffed Peppers 🫑🧀

When I made these stuffed peppers, my whole kitchen smelled AMAZING 🤤
Juicy beef, melty cheese, and tender peppers all in one bite… I knew this was a keeper 👇

✨ What I used (super simple!)
Big colorful bell peppers 🫑
Ground beef
Cooked rice
Tomato sauce
Onion + garlic powder
Paprika, salt & pepper
And of course… lots of cheese 🧀

👨‍🍳 How I made them
First, I preheated my oven to 375°F and lightly greased my baking dish.
I cut the tops off the peppers, cleaned out the seeds, and stood them up in the dish like little bowls.
In a pan, I heated olive oil and cooked the ground beef with chopped onion until perfectly browned.
Then I stirred in the rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. The mixture smelled SO good at this point 😍
I spooned the beef filling into each pepper and topped them generously with cheese (don’t be shy here!).
Covered with foil, baked for 30 minutes… then uncovered and baked 10 more minutes until the cheese was bubbly and golden.
I added a little extra cheese on top before serving because… why not? 🧀🔥
They came out juicy, cheesy, and perfectly tender.

🔥 Easy Creamy Beef & Shells (30-Minute Comfort Food)

When I made this after a long day… it disappeared FAST 😅👇

Creamy, cozy, and way better than boxed dinners 🤍

✨ What made it so good – Tender pasta shells that grab all the sauce

– Lean ground beef (no greasy mess 🙌)
– Onion + garlic for that homemade smell
– Tomato sauce + beef broth for depth
– A splash of cream that makes it irresistible

👨‍🍳 How I made it I cooked the shells until just al dente and set them aside.

In a big skillet, I sautéed onion in olive oil until soft, then browned the beef.
Once it was cooked, I added garlic and a little chili powder for flavor (not spicy).
Then in went the tomato sauce and beef broth — I let it simmer until rich.
I stirred in the cream, seasoned with salt & pepper,
tossed the pasta right into the sauce, and wow… so creamy 🤤

(Extra tip: a handful of cheddar at the end = chef’s kiss 🧀)

💬 Final thoughts This is one of those recipes you make once… and keep on repeat.
Save it for busy nights, try it this week, and share it with someone who loves cozy food 🫶

Surf & Turf Noodle Stir-Fry with Steak and Shrimp 🦐🥩

A bold and flavor-packed weeknight dinner you’ll crave again!

📝 Ingredients :

8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles

1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup baby spinach or bok choy

1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 yellow onion, sliced

2 tbsp soy sauce

3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies for a Fresh Bite

Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and greens. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. The colorful mix adds a craveable crunch and mouthwatering texture.

4️⃣ Toss in the Noodles with Sauce Power

Add cooked noodles, then pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Stir everything together—this is the sauce-soaked magic of a restaurant-style stir-fry.
