The problem appears to be that the subfloor under the wood deck is not water proof
Let’s waterproof it and install a granite tile deck.

the stucco is coming off the wall. And water is protruding into the home.
Service done:
remove all old stucco, fix and clean gutters, fix all loose bricks, reapply new waterproof stucco, top it off with waterproof drylock paint white finish
