🎉 Celebrating 2 Years at GA! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Austin Klevan’s 2-year anniversary with GA! Since joining the firm as an Intern Architect, Austin has brought thoughtful design insight and a strong background in high-design, multi-family work to our team.

A Greenwich native, Austin earned his Master’s degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America and previously spent three years at SK+I in Bethesda, MD. We’re grateful for his dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm.

After many years of freelance work for Granoff Architects, Noah Granoff has joined GA and GRE as a team member. Welcome Noah!

Noah Granoff is a professional photographer and marketing strategist based in the New York metropolitan area. Over the past decade, he has traveled to nearly 40 countries capturing powerful imagery that blends fine art, architecture, nature and design. His portfolio spans landscape, travel, and architectural photography, with a strong emphasis on drone work and built-environment storytelling.

In the summer of 2025, Noah joined Granoff Architects and Granoff Real Estate as Director of Marketing, leading creative direction and brand development across both firms. His responsibilities include photography, videography, drone production, copywriting, social media management, web development, and broader marketing initiatives that strengthen GA and GRE’s visual identity and digital presence.

Balancing in-office collaboration, remote work, and on-site property shoots, Noah ensures every project—whether a historic restoration or a modern multifamily community—is captured and communicated with precision and artistry. He plays a key role in shaping the firms’ narratives, overseeing campaigns, and curating cohesive marketing materials that highlight design innovation and community impact.

Educated at the International Center of Photography, Pratt Institute, and the School of Visual Arts, Noah combines technical expertise with creative vision. Inspired by architects in his family, he has spent years documenting commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across NY, CT, RI, and FL, capturing the character and craftsmanship of each locale.

Through his work, Noah continues to bridge the worlds of architecture, real estate, and visual storytelling—bringing design to life through imagery, narrative, and brand.

Meet Ami....
Ami joined Granoff Architects with a background in high-end hospitality and residential interior design shaped by both international and U.S. experience. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from NABA in Milan, one of Europe’s top design universities. Her foundation in design was built on Milan’s rigorous focus on concept development, exhibition design, and spatial planning. During her time in Milan, she was selected to design a site-specific exhibition at the renowned art house, Casa Degli Artisti, which was featured during the city’s prestigious Design Week—an experience that deepened her interest in narrative-driven environments and public space.
Ami began her career in Florence, Italy, where she contributed to hospitality interiors at a boutique design studio. She later worked with Bentel & Bentel, an award winning architecture and design firm known for its refined work in the hospitality sector. Her experience includes design for boutique hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, and private clubs—always with a focus on creating environments that balance atmosphere, function, and narrative. With a deep understanding of materials, procurement, and vendor coordination, Ami approaches each project with a meticulous eye and a collaborative spirit. She is passionate about crafting meaningful spaces that reflect a client’s vision while supporting operational needs.
Originally from the West Coast, Ami now resides in Beacon, NY. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Hudson Valley’s creative communities, visiting museums, and spending time outdoors.

Meet the newest member of the GA team, Rachel!

Rachel’s draw to architecture started early without her even realizing that the surrounding built environment was having an impact. She attended Arizona State University where she received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture. Minors in Project Management and Sustainability have enabled her to view projects throughout all their phases and the details that go into ensuring they are successful.
Prior to joining Granoff Architects, Rachel worked for Okland Construction, AZ. With this general contractor, she estimated multi-million dollar projects, ranging from sports facilities to hospitals across the state. Passionate about addressing the environment, she worked as an Environmental Compliance Manager; reviewing job sites for deficiencies. Rachel’s educational and occupational backgrounds come together in her designs; translating abstract ideas into tangible and buildable solutions. Considering how structures can work in harmony with the context and climate; while reflecting on the unique culture of the community.
Rachel grew up in Lower Fairfield County; in her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough and new recipes, spending time outside, and traveling outside the country.
