- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Koeksister Custard Eclairs

Ingredients:
For the Choux Pastry:
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs

For the Custard Filling:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Syrup Glaze:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. To make the choux pastry: In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.

3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth and glossy. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.

4. Pipe the dough onto the prepared baking sheet in long strips, about 4 inches in length. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and let cool.

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz spaghetti, uncooked and broken into halves
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
