This loose, painterly plaid wallpaper started as a holiday card that Rebecca drew in watercolor pencil. She loved how the hazy effect of the pencil created a multicolor stripe that’s bright but livable and versatile. After using the fabric in her own home, she decided to print a wallpaper too. One of our beloved designs, Gridded Ikat has been revisited in a new rich purple color! 💜 This fabric is woven with a specialty dyed warp in Pennsylvania and the warp yarns are dyed with three different dye colors to achieve a beautiful array of tonal color. This unique process results in a more natural and irregular striation of colors and is part of what makes this fabric so lovely.
