Making the chicken spaghetti with rotel is easy and quick. It’s perfect for a tasty dinner. Here’s how to make it:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) casserole dish.
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot or skillet, mix Rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the cheese mixture. Stir until it’s evenly distributed.
Put the cooked spaghetti in the prepared casserole dish. Pour the cheesy chicken mixture over it, making sure the pasta is coated.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
