Nothing says luxury quite like baked lobster tails! This simple yet delicious recipe is perfect for special occasions or a cozy dinner at home. 🦞✨
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), thawed if frozen
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grab some kitchen scissors and carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the meat up so it rests on top of the shell.
STEP 2: In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
STEP 3: Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle that delicious butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
STEP 4: Pop them in the oven and let them bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes. You want the meat to turn opaque and reach a cozy internal temperature of 140–145°F. Be careful not to overcook!
STEP 5: Once they're perfectly baked, take them out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve right away with lemon wedges on the side for a splash of zesty goodness.
