My grandma always made stuffed celery at Thanksgiving and Christmas. As kids, we were always so hungry before the holiday meal we would sneak and get a piece of celery to curb our appetite. It was nearly all gone by meal time and we always got fussed at with hint of a grin from Grandma. Now I never have holiday meals without it! Get the recipe below ⬇️🎄

Fruit Layers

2 cups pineapple chunks 🍍

2 cups sliced strawberries 🍓

2 cups green & red grapes 🍇

2 cups diced kiwi 🥝

1 cup blueberries 🫐

2 cups diced mango or peaches 🥭

Fresh raspberries for topping ❤️

Cream Layer

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

1 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla pudding

1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

Topping

Extra whipped cream

Fresh raspberries & grapes

Instructions

Prepare the cream
In a bowl, mix whipped cream + vanilla yogurt until smooth and fluffy.

Layer the fruit in a large trifle bowl in this order:
Pineapple → Strawberries → Grapes → Kiwi → Blueberries → Mango/peach → Cream → Raspberries.

Add the cream layer
Spread a thick, even layer of the cream mixture in the middle.

Top with whipped cream
Add a generous swirl of whipped cream on top.

Decorate
Garnish with fresh raspberries and grapes for a beautiful finish. ❤️✨

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 ripe avocados

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp chopped cilantro or chives

2 toasted brioche buns

Butter for toasting (optional)

🍽️ How to Make It:

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Shrimp:

Toss shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear them in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until perfectly juicy — this is grilled seafood magic and an easy summer dinner dream.

2️⃣ Mash Up the Guac:
