This warm, cheesy bean dip is always the first thing to disappear at the party—better grab a scoop before it’s gone! 🧀
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
16 oz can refried beans
4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
1 package taco seasoning mix (24g)
4 cups shredded Tex-Mex cheese blend, divided
Optional Garnishes:
Chopped parsley or cilantro
Jalapeños, chopped or sliced
Olives
Tomatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch dish.
In a large pan over medium heat, soften the cream cheese until nearly melted.
Stir in sour cream, refried beans, green chiles, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese. Mix until smooth and melty.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Top with garnishes of choice and serve warm with corn chips.
