We bring over 20 years of experience in New York City architectural design, as well as NYC Zoning and Building Code expertise. We have ongoing relationships with structural & mechanical engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers and expediters to ensure your project has access to any expertise required. Our hands-on approach has led us to develop a level of practical construction knowledge unusual for many architecture firms.

Bespoke Architecture took three awkwardly combined apartments and transformed them into an elegant and sophisticated Chelsea Triplex family home.

Through the application of tightly curated details and a palette of colors and finishes that infuse the clients’ vibrant and sophisticated style, the apartment was transformed into a welcoming and modern loft befitting the chic neighborhood.
