- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar (for the blueberry topping)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
1. Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Make sure it’s well combined, and then press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a crust that’s ready to hold all that delicious cheesecake filling.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it's smooth and creamy. To this, you'll add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until they’re perfectly blended.

3. Grab another bowl and whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks (this means it should hold its shape nicely). Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to deflate all that airiness – we want our cheesecake to be light and fluffy!

4. Once combined, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over your prepared graham cracker crust.

5. In a saucepan, combine the blueberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Cook this over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. You'll know it’s ready when the blueberries start to burst and the mixture thickens slightly.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions

Directions:
