We interrupt your afternoon feed to share this breathtaking scene snapped last night above the clouds when flying home to our beloved NYC.

From under the rolling clouds Manhattan stretches out like a jewel box of diamonds and gems that twinkle and glow. The Empire State Building crowned with its signature white mast pops out to us and our hearts swell knowing hard work going on a project located on block over. From there we can spot more locations of more projects on this illuminated canvas of New York that inspires us around the clock.

Spring has sprung and the world is shaking off winter’s slumber. Cherry blossoms are putting on their yearly spectacular and in Hell’s Kitchen the scent of steel is in the air as a KBA building is going up. Up, up and away! Happy Spring.

In this new year you’ll likely find us zipping around town on Citi Bikes to a project site or meeting near you. Through this exploration we are constantly gaining insight into the needs of the people we are designing for and making new friends along the way. From shared workspaces to showrooms, from brownstones to condos, we’re building extraordinary properties and creating exceptional experiences.
