Significant erosion occurring due to two major problems. Downspouts were emptying onto the driveway, creating a washout effect between the existing slabs and add-ons over time. The culvert pipe was also installed incorrectly. To resolve these issues, we connected 4-inch drain lines to the downspouts, directing them to the side yards with pop-ups, and installed two 20-foot sections of pipe with a coupling for the culvert.

I've been spraying and spraying and spraying. Lots of prep, oil based primer and multiple coats of finish. Over 128 doors and drawers on this custom kitchen and 3 bathroom vanities. This project has taking a while to complete with some hicups and changes along the way. From building them, hanging them and painting them. Finally the vision came to light. A few small adjustments left to make and she's wrapped up.

Built some custom bunk beds for some awesome clients! In wall niches with usb outlets. Custom made 2.5" Solid oak rails....

Farm house sink install. Slight modification to sink base cabinet. Had to remove rail, scribe face frame for sink. Also repostion and cut plywood shelf to allow plumbing fixtures to fit. Got to keep the projects going! Countertop guys are ready for template. Waterfront project.
