Subfloor Replacement & Carpet Installation – AVS Home And Auto Solutions

This project focused on restoring a small bedroom with flooring issues. We removed the compromised subflooring and replaced it with new, solid material to create a strong and level foundation.

Once the structure was corrected, we installed new carpet for a clean, comfortable finish that completely refreshed the space.

To top it off, we replaced a crushed floor vent cover at no extra cost—making sure the final result looked as good as it functions.

Another room brought back to life and ready for everyday use.

Patio Repair & Deck Restoration – AVS Home And Auto Solutions

This project involved repairing a failing patio structure that had significant rot and sagging. We removed and replaced a rotted, sagging header beam and tore out damaged deck boards along with compromised underlying bracing.

After addressing the structural issues, we installed new pressure-treated decking and reinforced the framing where needed to ensure long-term strength and stability.

The result is a solid, level, and refreshed patio space that’s built to last and ready for everyday use.
