Yesterday, I had the pleasure of stopping by a customer’s home in Bayside, where our team was in the middle of replacing her roof. The homeowner invited me in.
What made this visit extra special? She first called my dad for a roof over 30 years ago—and this past summer, she dialed the same number to call us again. That kind of loyalty and trust means everything.
She’s now an older adult with a lot of wisdom and stories to share. We had a few laughs, joking that by the time this new roof needs replacing again, I’ll be around 80—and she’ll be watching over from above.
This is what it’s all about.

These days, there are plenty of new roofing companies—some do great work, others not so much. And while we’re not perfect, we wouldn’t still be here since 1978 if we weren’t doing something right.
