At our company, we believe in being transparent about pricing so our clients can feel confident knowing exactly where their money is going and what it truly takes to run a professional cleaning business.

Here’s a general breakdown of where your cleaning fee goes:

• 25% goes directly to taxes.
As a business owner, we are responsible for setting aside taxes from every clean to properly operate and stay compliant.

• 20% goes back into the business as profit.
This is what allows us to save, grow, invest back into the company, replace equipment, prepare for slow seasons, and continue serving homes for years to come. A healthy business stays reliable long term.

• 40% goes to labor.
Whether it’s paying ourselves as owner-operators or paying employees fairly, labor is one of the largest expenses in the cleaning industry. Professional cleaning is physically demanding work that requires time, energy, skill, and consistency.

• The remaining 15% goes to business expenses.
This includes gas, supplies, insurance, software, bookkeeping, equipment maintenance, continuing education, marketing, licensing, and many other behind-the-scenes costs that keep the business running smoothly.
