Seeing all your smiling faces, chatting with everyone, and watching you head home with goodies absolutely fills my heart. 🥹🍞

Market Prep Night #2 is underway! 🤩🍞

And tonight we’re rocking TWO OVENS!! 🙌🔥🔥

The chaos of running two ovens is honestly kind of my favorite. 😂

Before anyone asks… nope, they’re not in the same house! 😅 One is at my place, and the other is down the dirt road in my landlord’s shop. We do what we gotta do during market week, right? 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

It may be a little chaotic, but I’m here for it! 💛

The double-oven operation will continue tomorrow right up until I load up and head to market. 🍞✨

✨ First off, THANK YOU so so much if you came out to Our Grace Farm on Saturday and checked out the amazing vendor and her goodies! 🌸 I hope you had a blast! If not—no stress! She’s planning to open regularly on Saturdays, so keep an eye out for updates! 🗓️

Now, since this was our first run, it was a bit of trial and error with loaves… 🥖 Soooo, I’ve got 5 LARGE plain sourdough loaves looking for homes! 🏡

These are MASSIVE loaves (and oh-so-tasty 😋). Inclusion loaves are fun, but classic plain sourdough? Chef’s kiss Perfect for sandwiches, avocado toast, peanut butter toast, grilled sandwiches—endless possibilities! 🥑🍞

If you’re worried about finishing a big loaf, these are totally freezable! My only tip: slice it beforehand. That way, you can pull out a slice at a time. Sprinkle a little water on it, pop it in the oven, toaster, or microwave, and it’ll be like fresh from the oven! 🔥

And around here, big projects call for a big breakfast. 😋

One of our absolute favorite ways to enjoy my bagels is loaded up with:
🥯 Everything Asiago Bagel
🥓 Bacon
🍳 Fried Egg
🧀 Cheddar Cheese

Simple. Delicious. Perfect. 🤤

✨ One question I’ve been getting a lot: “Are you still doing custom orders?”

Short answer: ABSOLUTELY! These gorgeous jalapeño cheddar bagels are going out for a custom order today! 🌶️🧀

Long answer: Yes, it might take a little longer because—
1️⃣ Market season is in full swing!
2️⃣ I run a daycare full-time 👧👦
3️⃣ Life—all the things! 😂

So, if you’re wanting something custom, please be sure to give me plenty of notice! Otherwise, the best bet is to come see me at a market! 🛍️ You’ll get fresh bread, samples, and amazing vendors!
