We're back at our 1920s home addition in Historic Senoia, and the framing is officially underway! 👏

It's always exciting to see plans on paper start coming to life, and this project is no exception. The structure is taking shape, rooms are becoming visible, and we're even getting the golf cart garage door framed out.

We're getting everything ready for framing on our 1920s home addition in Historic Senoia... but the weather has other plans 🌧️

The rain may be slowing us down for a few days, but as soon as it clears, we'll be back at it and ready to start framing. And trust us... this one is going to be a beauty!

It's foundation pour day! One of our favorite days of any project!

We've got the pump truck on site and are making a major step forward on this custom home build in Sharpsburg.

One of the coolest parts of building custom homes is seeing the unique touches and meaningful details each family chooses to include. For these homeowners, that meant placing a Bible in the foundation near the front door before the concrete was poured.

Long after the construction equipment is gone and the house is complete, that Bible will remain there - a permanent part of the home's story and foundation.

Moments like these are what make every build special.

It's always exciting to reach this stage and see the vision start to become reality. What was once a concrete slab is now taking shape, and this build is really starting to come together.

We're kicking off a brand-new custom home build in Harris County on 5 beautiful acres. This incredible property will feature a ranch-style home perched atop a scenic knoll, a carport, a metal barn, and a backyard pool designed for making memories.

We'll be bringing you along for the entire journey!

And just look at all that rebar!

A ton of work goes into getting everything ready before the pour, and we’re excited to have the pump truck coming out here next!
