New law for public buildings in California. AB-1732 requires all single-user public restrooms to be identified as gender-neutral or Unisex as it is commonly called. This is something I have always been in favor of and if you need assistance with this law at your business please let me know.

Good News! I passed the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD),Class A Registered Construction Inspector renewal exam. I am good for another 3 years of construction inspection services to the local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities
