A few of our crew took a dry stone conservancy class last fall to learn how to restore and create the iconic rock wall fences of Central Kentucky. We had so much fun learning this ancient craft!

Here are photos of a wall we rebuilt from the foundation to the cope. If any one is interested in having repair work or a new wall built let us know!

Job Details
Starting Pay: $12-$14 an hour
-ability to rise to $16-$18 an hour over time

Job Type
Seasonal
Full-Time: March-November
Part-Time: December-February

Experience/ Physical Requirements
-1 year minimum with commercial lawn care equipment such as a walk behind mower, string trimmers, pruning equipment, sprayers, etc.
-Must be punctual, dependable, and honest
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50lbs

License
-Valid Drivers License (Required)

Full Job Description
The crew member will be responsible for working with their team to complete a list of jobs in a timely and effective manner while upholding the company’s safety and quality standards.

Duties will include mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, plant installation, etc.

Opportunities for advancement exist within the company for someone with the right work ethic and commitment.
