🐻 Our Bear Cave Rules 🐻
CLAIMING ITEMS
🍯 To claim an item during our live, please type SOLD and the number, name or price ( example... Sold #4 or Sold $25 or Sold toothless). The 1st person on MY screen to say sold is who gets said item. ABSOLUTELY NO arguing with us about it. NEWBIES, you MUST message the page your email before you start claiming items, then your welcome to claim whatever you want.
🍯 Do not claim, unless you can pay. Zero tolerance with newbies that claim and dont contact and/or pay within 24 hours of invoice sent. If you fail to pay within 24 hours, your invoice will cancel and you will be banned from Our Bear Cave. This is the worst part for us, so please do not put us in this situation.
MINIMUM $ AND SHIPPING
🍯 A minimum of $10 must be purchased in a single live, or you forfeit your items after the replay is closed.
🍯 Shipping is $6-$25, depending on size box we can fit it into and distance. We always try to ship the cheapest way. However enjoy FREE shipping for orders over $100. Free shipping does NOT apply on bear bag lives.
INVOICES
🍯 We invoice through square, which is SUPER EASY! No downloading an app to pay. You pay straight from the invoice we sent to your email.
🍯 All invoices are normally sent within an hour or so after the live has ended or within a few hours of claiming an item on a still picture. If you do not have an invoice by the next day, please contact us, mistakes do happen, so we might of misspelled your email or something.
🍯 All invoices have to be paid within 24 hours from the invoice sent, unless we have prior arrangements set. Prior arrangements are only for those in good standings with our bear Cave.
🍯 If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours, you forfeit any and/all freebies, aswell as any and/all sale items. You will then be contacted and if you dont pay within 24 hours of that 1st contact or you ghost us, you will be banned. No exceptions.
🍯 Bear Bags are sent after you have finished claiming your bag. Rules might change depending on the incentive, so when bear bags are posted, please refer to rules posted at that time.
REFUNDS
🍯 All sales are final, no refunds. Once your package leaves Our Bear Cave, we do not claim any responsibilities during shipping. If something were to happen to your package during shipping please contact USPS and a claim can be made through them by YOU. This process is actually very easy, but we can help guide you if needed.
FREEBIES AND " BEAR CAVE"
🍯 It would mean the world to us if you shared our live, but please make sure you share publicly. Once publicly shared, you will have a "shared" badge/word above your name on the live. Those with this badge are the only shares counted for the share drawing. Let us know when you share, so we can put you into our end of show "Bear Cave" drawing for a freebie to thank you for your share. The share word is "BEAR CAVE". 💥 DO NOT TYPE SHARED ON THE LIVE SHOW. PLEASE TYPE "BEAR CAVE". 💥 (You have to be present to win. The freebie is normally a $ credit, but could be anything. Rules to use the $ credit ...
- Credit can be used on your next order.
- Order has to be $20 or more to use it.
- Only 1 credit can be used at a time.
- Credit expire in 4 weeks from the day you win it.)
🍯 Also for every item you claim, you get a ticket into the claim drawing for a freebie. ( You do not need to be here to win, however we have to have 5 people buying on the live to do the claim drawing that night, if not.... it will carry over to the next live and it will reset.)
