Before that in the early 50's it proudly served as Norman’s first Conoco gas station to boast two restrooms — a true sign of progress for its time.

Neighbors this customer had been experiencing prolonged moisture retention in the crawlspace due to a few vents being below grade and allowing water to flow directly under the home. As well as the majority of the foundation vents being inoperable and furthering the problem. Not wanting to jump directly into a full blown encapsulation job, potentially costing 10s of thousands... We opted to replace the old worn out vents with all new automatic open and close foundation vents and installing a few more around the perimeter to increase airflow under the home. Retaining walls going in next week.
