Update on the home from yesterday.
Removed the damaged particle board to find water standing in the insulation.
While trying to look at the the house and figure out where the water was coming from, I looked past the obvious. My granddaughter Logan pointed out a window with a broke corner.
I’m certain this is where the water is coming from.
Unfortunately for the customer the repair is going to take a little longer.

Working on a flooring job today. Customer wanted the ceramic tile pulled up and replaced with laminate.
Found a much larger issue while pulling the tile up. Time to replace the wood flooring.

I’m not very good at taking before and after pictures, but I think you can see the difference.
The property has not been mowed all summer. The Johnson grass was over my head while sitting on the tractor.
