Position: Office Assistant
Location: North Fork Ca
Type: Part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist with correspondence, phone calls, and email communications.
- Support team members with various projects and tasks, including coordinating out-of-town site visits to familiarize staff with operations.
- Help arrange housing, trucking, and fuel logistics for out-of-town employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in an office setting preferred, ideally within the logging or related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
