Who would have thought "handy Services" could be such a wide range of work. From outdoor landscaping, fall clean ups, driveways all the way to full home remodels, decks, sheds, and everything in between and so much more! Any kind of work you need done, we got you covered! One landlord I have been doing work for for awhile contacted me about his studio apartment and his previous tenant throwing a hissy fit that he was getting evicted. In return of his eviction notice, he decided to clog the sink, and leave water running for a week and a half before letting anyone know he left the apartment. Well the landlord was not too mad, he knew he needed to update this outdated kitchen anyways. So that's what we did! New cabinets, sink, appliances, floors and backsplash! Who knew that such a small kitchen could look so cozy!

I posted something similar to this a couple weeks ago... Got the demo done rather quickly and than... SILLY ME! Thought I could beat the snow, make a concrete form and get the precast stairs in. However due to weather not being on outside, the concrete form and stairs have been put on hold, however this is a 2 story, 2 family building that is being completely gutted and renovated. So with the poor weather it gave me some time to get inside, help the owner get the demo done, and start laying down new subfloor. Within the next couple weeks we will be putting new subfloor down, some new tile flooring, as well as restoring some old hardwood floors! We will also be putting drywall up throughout the entire building, new stairwell to the basement, some new support beams in the basement (Lally columns) we will be building the entire kitchen cabinets from scratch, new windows, new floors, ceilings, and hopefully in the spring time, a new driveway and yard make over!! Stay tuned the next couple weeks for photos of the inside. Right now everything is basically gutted down to the studs and floor joists with the exception of the subfloor that I have started. This building is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Worcester and will be for rent and ready for move in by April 1st 2021.

It's been awhile since I've posted here, so excuse me while I make a court different posts showing you guys what we have...

It's been awhile since I've posted here, so excuse me while I make a court different posts showing you guys what we have been up to.
What we have here is a 2 family townhouse in Shrewsbury, we are ripping up all floors, patching some drywall, removing all the junk in the basement (thanks to the prior tenant) and laying down new floors through out the whole unit, some new drywall, painting the entire unit, and when the snow melts... Doing a nice yard make-over!! 😎😎 Stay tuned to see the unit finished up! Please do not contact about renting this property, the owner already has a tenant to move in when completed! I work with a number of different landlords and if anyone is looking to rent a property, I could possibly send you a few possibilities.
Also landlords/owners that need maintenance help, or any other projects, I am constantly booking new jobs and have a great crew to get done any type of job needed! Licensed and insured! ⚒️🙈👷‍♂️😎

I can either mill, or aquire any species wood you want, and I can also give suggestions to fit your budget!

Black walnut, pine, ash, and maple slabs available now! Cherry rounds with "Ant colonies" also available. The cherry rounds are very cool and make great material for epoxy River/pond work. I am going to build one this week and it will be forsale as soon as it is complete!
