When our client called us in to replace old swollen click lock flooring and carpet in their basement we had the perfect solution. We went with lifeproof click lock flooring that is 100 percent waterproof and resists scratching against their very excitable pit bull. All trim was under cut or removed and reinstalled to hide all the edges of the flooring (no quarter round for us). Quality flooring installed properly doesn’t need to break the bank.

This is a full gut remodel we completed recently. We took everything down to studs, replaced the subfloor and hung new Sheetrock. All the plumbing was gone through by our plumber and all necessary changes, upgrades and repairs were made. We used Schluter’s Kerdi system for the shower surround and their Ditra system for the floor to keep everything water tight. In the closet we built some simple yet efficient shelving to maximize storage. The client made fantastic design choices and it really shows when you compare it to the before picture. A few things still need paint in these photos but we’ll be sure to share some pictures next time we are over there.

After some bad weather and a delay in our footing inspection we are finally making way on this deck. We are waiting on our framing inspection and this deck is ready for decking, railing and fascia. This deck is built with 2”x10” framing 12” on center to create a rock solid frame with no bounce. We planed all the joists to create a perfectly flat and level frame for our composite decking to sit on. It’s coming along nicely so far!

Just finished up a quick and inexpensive podcast studio build out. We started by removing a section of the soffit to make more head room. Then we used Pergo flooring and installed new stair treads to replace the old nasty carpet. We added sound panels to the wall behind the set. We can’t wait to see it painted and furnished.
